I am a French-Senegalese-GDR dance artist based in Berlin. My practice focuses on the colonial influences on contemporary identities, particularly in the European and German contexts, as well as on decolonial feminist discourses. Currently, my artistic interests are centered on Afro-German SLINTA perspectives on neotraditionalism and neoclassicism in their place in matriarchal fantasizing. My practice includes composing full pieces of music for my own work and others and I am also currently widening my performance practice to opera directing. Alongside my artistic work, I am frequently invited as a contributor to participate in local cultural-political discussions in labs and exchange formats.
